Please be noted: Life jackets/vests are compulsory for all the kayaking. If the kids use the kayaks, there must be adults supervising on site all the time. All the safety issue needed to be taken responsible by the guests. The house has one level, can fit 12 people. Bedroom 1: This is one master bedroom. It has a king size bed and big wardrobes. This room has its own bathroom. This room also has two bedside tables and one highboy. This room has one air conditioning inside also. Bedroom 2: This is one bedroom which can be used as an office. It has a king single bed. This room also has a desk and computer chair in it. Bedroom 3: This room has a queen bed, wardrobe and one bedside table. Bedroom 4: This room has a queen bed, wardrobe and one bedside table. Bedroom 5: This room has the beautiful water view and glass sliding door to the balcony deck. This room has a queen bed and one double bed. It could fit one portacot if needed also. Lounge room: There is one really comfortable sofa bed (size: 93cm X 190cm) which could sleep one adult easily. If needed, we will help to set up the bed for you. Please be noted: BBQ use will be $100 extra surcharge. If you do plan to use BBQ, please let me know in advance. Many thanks. Guest access This is one self-contained house with its own access. The property is fully self-contained and all yours for the duration of your visit. We generally do not disturb you during your stay, allowing you complete privacy. However we are just a phone call away if you request anything. Other things to note NOISE Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down between 8pm and 8am on weekdays and 9pm and 8am on weekends. PARTIES/EVENTS The property is available for accommodation only. Strictly no parties, functions, event orgathering of any kind at the property. GUEST NUMBERS Only the number of the guests stated in the booking may stay at the property. If you are planning to have any visitors at the property during your stay please discuss your plans with us right now. Please be noted: visitors mean the people coming to visit you only, but not staying at the property. BBQ stove and Oven: Please be noted: BBQ use will be $100 extra gas bottles surcharge.
