Pampucet, villa in Monferrato

Pampucet is the Piedmontese name of the primrose, a flower that sprouts in our meadows from the ground hardened by the winter frost and blooms with the first rays of the sun, soft caresses of Spring. A sign of awakening and new beginnings. This is what we offer to our guests: a break and a restart. A place to regenerate and flourish surrounded by the many loves that are breathed in this ancient eighteenth-century rectory. The space For centuries this eighteenth-century building was a rectory. Even today, to get here, you have to pass under the arch of the nearby church, a secret passage that leads to Pampucet’s gate which is the original one. Inside we wanted to preserve the marks of past centuries: the flooring that tells the passage of time, the cellars that contain a beautiful "infernot" and the old wine barrels, a small toilet along the stairs, the turrets. COMMON SPACES Two lounges on the ground floor, one on the first and one on the second floor, where you will find reading recommendations, film proposals, music to listen to. An Honesty bar in the lounge in front of the veranda where you can taste the best choice of liqueurs produced in our territory. In the reception you will find a library full of guides and books about the nearby territory and that will help you to discover it better. Breakfast will be served on the veranda overlooking the garden. ABBAINO (Attic’s dormer window) If you want to experience the sensation of flying, if you want to leave your thoughts and worries behind, this is the place for you. A small nest in which to feel protected and to think that the storm has now passed. OUTDOOR SPACES Pampucet has a beautiful garden, a weeping willow, many flowers and a corner for aromatic plants. In the garden there are tables and chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful view and indulge in creative idleness. Sometimes our cultural activities take place outdoors overlooking Monferrato hills. ROOMS Each room has its own surprise. Big or small, you just need to look for it. We have 6 rooms, each room can accomodate 2 people. Some of the room can be suitable to have a 3rd bed added.
