The spacious, newly equipped penthouse apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Aphrodite Beach Front Village offers everything to feel comfortable, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and/or carry out various leisure activities. The space The spacious penthouse is located in the front area of the Aphrodite Beach Front Village with unobstructed sea views in a prime location. The entire apartment was renovated in 2021 and provided with new furniture, mattresses and air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been tastefully renovated from scratch and equipped with branded bathroom fixtures. On 85 m² you will also find: a fully equipped kitchen with new oven and stove, dishwasher, new washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine, plus new smart TV and WiFi. Two large terraces with sun loungers, a lounge patio and a new dining table are among the amenities of the apartment. You can take advantage of the amenities of the entire resort. Onsite staff to help with every request. You can visit the first-class Joya Restaurant in the resort or have the food delivered to the penthouse. The Aphrodite Beach Bar invites you to enjoy cocktails at sunset. The resort offers several pools, including a semi-Olympic pool, a Jacuzzi and an indoor pool heated in winter. Sauna and fitness rooms invite you to sweat. A spa with massage and beauty treatments pampers its guests. Several playgrounds, a small mini-golf course, air-conditioned playrooms for toddlers and a children's pool provide entertainment for young visitors. For further entertainment, there is a beach volleyball and soccer field, a pool table and a ping pong table. The water sports center (including school) offers seasonal activities such as stand up paddle boards, kayaks, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and water skiing, snorkeling and boat trips as desired. Arrival by plane from Europe is easiest by direct flight to Larnaca. The Aphrodite Beach Front Village is located directly on the sea of the small village of Gaziveren in Northern Cyprus and is in approx. 1.15 hours from Larnaca Airport by rental car or taxi. The on-site staff will be happy to arrange a transfer from and to the airport and also a rental car. If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, you will experience a perfect vacation here! Additional notes: Toilet paper, soap and shampoo for the first few days are on site. Towels and linens are of course provided in the apartment, as well as European plug adapters, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. 15 kWh/day of electricity is provided at no extra cost. This is enough for normal daily needs if you do not carelessly run the lights, air conditioning, iron, etc. all day. In addition, €1.50 will be charged for every additional 5 kWh. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure. All air conditioners were newly installed in 2021 and are therefore very energy-saving. Guest access The reception at the resort is staffed daily from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Check-in is from 2 pm onward. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Late arrival is possible by arrangement. Other things to note Since most buildings in Northern Cyprus do not have heaters, they are heated with air conditioning if necessary. This leads to an increased energy demand on the island. In order to guarantee this throughout the area and on a permanent basis, it may happen that the energy supplier completely shuts off the electricity in very cold and very hot months every now and then for an hour at a time. There is currently a construction project next to the complex. Therefore, there may be occasional moderate construction noise.
