The two car garage is equipped with a dog washing station and an EV charger outlet (guests will need to bring their own adapter cable). There is guaranteed parking in the garage for one car but a smaller car would need to park in front of the dog washing station. The neighborhood has ample guest parking for boats, RVs, and trailers that will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please! The open concept living space is a cozy place to relax after a day of adventure. The 65” smart TV will stream your favorite shows. The fiber speed wireless internet will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, toaster, waffle iron, crockpot, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. Grill your family favorites on our 5 burner gas grill. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savor the spread. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis. PLEASE NOTE: This property has a video doorbell that records motion 24/7.
