The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with Smart TV and WiFi, along with a primary bedroom offering French doors to the balcony. Upstairs includes a loft and additional bedroom. The lower level offers a rec room with Smart TV, game table, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry—an ideal layout for families and groups seeking comfort and space. Guest access Plenty of parking available out front, with space for up to 10 vehicles—perfect for trucks, trailers, and all your recreational toys. The friendly neighbourhood often sees locals cruising by on golf carts and side-by-sides, adding to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Ideally located near Crowfoot, with convenient access, ample parking, and terrain suited for intermediate to expert riders. Take in breathtaking Shuswap Lake views while exploring elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,250 metres, offering exceptional subalpine and alpine snowmobiling adventures. Our hope is that you feel completely relaxed, comfortable, and at home while enjoying the natural surroundings. To help maintain the quality of the space for every guest, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind: 1) Septic System Care The cabin operates on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and avoid flushing any other items to help protect the system. 2) Pet Policy We are pleased to welcome pets by request. A fee of $75 per stay, per pet applies (maximum of 2 pets). 3) Firewood & Outdoor Fires Firewood is not supplied. Guests are welcome to bring their own, and we kindly ask that all local fire bans and restrictions are strictly followed for everyone’s safety. 4) Safety & Security For your peace of mind, there is a video doorbell at the main entrance and two exterior-only security cameras located at the boathouse. There are no interior cameras within the cabin. 5) Kayaks & Waterfront Use Kayaks are available for guest enjoyment. For safety, guests are asked to provide their own life jackets. 6) BBQ & Outdoor Cooking The BBQ is available for your use. We simply ask that it be cleaned after each use so it remains in excellent condition for all guests.
