Villa Le Paradis, sea view with indoor pool

In a beautiful and peaceful setting, overlooking the sea, facing the Île de Bréhat, on a wooded and enclosed park of 2500 m², very bright house of 240 m² of great comfort, with contemporary decoration. The villa includes an indoor pool accessible from the heated living room with sea view (11 x 5 m pool). 80 m² terraces with sea view. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a games room with arcade terminal, foosball... Outdoor games, petanque court. Large KRAMPOUZ plancha outside. The space The house is composed of 3 levels: - the ground floor which has an entrance, separate toilets, a very large living room with sea view with terraces on both sides, a very well equipped open kitchen and also a master suite with sea view with its bathroom isolated by a double door. Access to the indoor pool is via a door located on the ground floor. -the first floor which has 3 sea view bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. - A garden level which includes a very large children's dormitory with 6 beds, a very large bathroom-laundry room and the games room. Please note: the villa is only rented via Airbnb and Trusted People sites; we do not have our own website. Any listing you find on another website is a fake. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the boiler room which remains locked. If the house is only rented for 2 or 4 guests (1 or 2 bedrooms) and the cleaning and linen fee has been adjusted, unused rooms can be closed in agreement with the guests. Other things to note Linens included in the 240 euro cleaning fee requested. It is possible to request a change of sheets during the stay (complete sets of sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels and hand towels) at the rate of: €10/single bed – €20/double bed. In addition to the 2000 euro bank imprints requested by Airbnb, we will ask for 2 deposit checks upon check-in, which will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon checkout or within the next few days by mail. A first check in the amount of 400 euro (to cover the cleaning supplement in case of an abnormally dirty house or small damage) and a second check in the amount of 1500 euro (to cover more substantial damage) will be requested.
