Other things to note This building is the oldest livable apartment building standing in the region and is also on the Historic Register. Entering the building will be an eerie reminder of life 100's of years ago, but it is also adventurous. The apartment is completely freshly renovated and opened for guests to stay in the Fall of 2021. Please note that in the colder and winter months the apartment also tends to be colder. We do have radiators available for use, however, the nature of this old building is a little chillier than one would imagine a modern-day building temperature.
