The space With a selection of ponds with small crocs, turtles and abundant birdlife, the home has been built to take in the very best of nature in the Top End. The Wright Residence is the perfect place for couples, couples' holidays, group bookings or families wanting a relaxed holiday stay. Guest access There is ample secure parking on the property behind the front gate. Other things to note The 'Wright Residence' is located on a property called 'Freshwater Retreat'. The property also features 4 private villas and a large outdoor communal entertainment and pool area tucked away at the back of the property. You are completely private and secluded in 'The Wright Residence' but if other guests are staying in the villas, they will be sharing the communal spaces (pool, billabong, walking paths, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area) which are at the back of the property that you also have access to. The entire retreat ( including 'The Wright Residence' and the 4 villas) can be booked out privately for large groups (sleeping up to 18 people) or 'The Wright Residence' house and the 4 villas can be booked separately.
