GKM Apartments is an elegant, two-level facility located in the heart of Lublin, 300 meters from the Old Town. At 8 Zamojska Street, in a modern apartment building, there are tastefully decorated rooms - an ideal base for visiting Lublin and a comfortable business accommodation. For our guests, we have prepared 4 spacious rooms with private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining room for 14 people. Possibility to book a parking space (for a fee: PLN 20.00/day) in the underground garage. The number of bedrooms available for use depends on the guest's wishes, depending on the number of people and the preferred configuration of sleeping beds. The apartment is located on the second floor, in a building with an elevator. It is possible to rent parking spaces (additional underground parking under the building). JAZZ ROOM It will comfortably have a night of 5 adults. There is a large, queen size bed 160 cm wide and two sofa beds (single and double) waiting for you on an area of 30 square meters. BLUES ROOM Sleeps up to 3 adults. On the area of 23 square meters, we put a large double bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed, a single sofa bed. SWING and ROCK ROOMS It will comfortably spend a night of up to 3 adults. There is a large king size bed and a single sofa bed waiting for you on an area of more than 24m. The rooms are also equipped with wardrobes, dressers, tables, mirrors, and Smart TVs. And if it's hard to decide what to watch on TV, we encourage you to use our Netflix package or listen to vinyl records on the record player. We also provide free access to a very fast internet connection. Each of the four bathrooms has a toilet, a sink, a large shower, and toiletries, toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. All children are welcome: children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge with their parents, and for toddlers, we have prepared a travel cot with a mattress and bedding, as well as a “baby hygiene kit.” The apartment is safe for young children, but please note that the BLUES, ROCK, and SWING bedrooms are located on the upper level and are accessed via stairs. Part of the upper rooms (marked on the attached plan) is partially lower than 1.90 m high. The price of the accommodation includes breakfast (to be prepared on your own). In the refrigerator, you will find, for example, bread, jams, honey, yogurts, and cheese, as well as milk and several types of breakfast cereal, and for beverages, juices, coffee, tea, and water. Feel free to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Food can be stored in a large refrigerator with a freezer and cooking utensils: stovetop, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, utensils and pots are also provided. For your convenience, you can do laundry in a washer and dryer. We are eco-friendly and care about the environment, so please separate your trash and feel free to drink tap water (a jug with a filter is available in the kitchen). Smoking and the holding of parties are prohibited throughout the entire property, and quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guest access Entire apartment for exclusive use.
