The space Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups and includes: -3 bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 king bed + desk Bedroom 3: 1 king bed + 1 crib (half bathroom is attached to this room) -1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom -Full Kitchen -1 Smart TV - able to stream Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ (you must login to your own account) -Large backyard to enjoy - Desk that can be used as an office/working space -Free High-Speed Wireless Internet -Free Parking on premise -Central AC and Heating Guest access You’ll have access to the entire upstairs with 100% privacy. Front door has key code that will allow you in/out privilege's without a physical key. Recording devices are present on outside of property (Ring doorbell and video camera) (MUST READ) Amenity limitations... -No Detached Garage Access - parking is in uncovered driveway with mature trees surrounding the driveway -Indoors fireplace is not available for use -Must climb stairs - has a flight of stairs to get into the upstairs unit -Tool shed in backyard is not available for guest access -No washer/dryer for guest use -Due to city of Madison regulation, airbnb must be the hosts primary residence. Host lives on-site in basement unit with no shared spaces. Other things to note -Check-in for this home is anytime after 4PM and checkout is at 10AM. If you are having an unauthorized late checkout a minimum checkout fee of $100 will be charged up to twice nightly rate. -No smoking, no drugs, no pets, and no parties or events on property. A minimum of $300 will be charged if in violation of these per infraction. -No guests allowed in house or on property if not listed in reservation. Maximum guests is 6, no exceptions.
