The space Built in 1904, The Hobart House carries the charm of an old Catskills farmhouse, updated with thoughtful, minimal design and modern comforts throughout. The space includes three bedrooms, a cozy living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Outside, you’ll find a full lawn, fire pit, bocce, an outdoor grill station, and a picnic table set up for dinners under the lights. Everything is designed for an easy, comfortable stay. Whether you’re here with family, friends, or just looking to slow down for a few days. In town for a wedding or Cooperstown tournament? The house is a country drive to nearby venues with plenty of space to unwind between events. While you can use this space, please note that this area is in progress so pardon our appearance! - Our property ends at the river. Please don't explore to the other side as we butt up against a farm and our neighbor's property behind us.
