Comfortable and cozy, my apartment is located on the ground floor of a very quiet street in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. 5-minute walk to Marx Dormoy metro station (L12). 10-15 minutes to metro lines 4-5-7-2 and Gare du Nord RER station. You can get anywhere in no time. In the neighborhood: The Sacred Heart, La Villette Park, the Cent Quatre, The Moulin Rouge and many small restaurants, cafes and shops! On the street: market, bakery, grocery store, restaurant The space Well-designed 25 m2 apartment (not including the mezzanine, in all 35 m2) An entrance in which to remove your shoes and hang your coats and keys. A cozy living room: sofa, carpet, mirror, plants, small coffee tables where you can eat (or foldable meal trays available) A new wooden mezzanine: Large, very comfortable double bed (I am a light sleeper and have a sensitive back!) A small functional bathroom A functional kitchen HELP YOURSELF: Everything I leave in the kitchen cupboards and fridge, you can use!! I don't want to throw away/waste food just because you arrive, it doesn't change the fact that everything will be clean, that you will have space, and that the expiration dates will obviously be checked.
