Cozy, Clean, and Pet Friendly Riverwest Apartment

The space is a pet friendly, lower level unit with a private entrance. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen including a coffee maker and air fryer. We are located close to a busy street in a vibrant neighborhood with bars and restaurants on our block because of this you will likely hear noise at night. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the right place for you. Close to the Lakefront, Deer District, Brady Street, & North Avenue. 4 minutes from the freeway The space This is a one-bedroom, garden unit in a duplex that has plenty of natural light, a king bed with a desk, a large sectional with a chaise, a dining room table for 4, a coffee bar with a Keurig, french press, and tea options. The living room has a tv, coffee table, board games and cards. The kitchen has a small gas range that needs to be manually lit, toaster, air fryer, microwave, , and full-sized fridge. The bathroom has a shower (no tub), stocked with all essential toiletries. The entire apartment has central air and heat. Sleep arrangements: There is a king-sized bed that could fit 2 adults comfortably or 3 smaller-sized people. A full air mattress will be provided to fit an additional 1 to 2 guests. If need be, there is space on the sectional for another guest to stay. Only guest listed on reservation can enter the Airbnb. Any additional guest that were not on the reservation will be an extra charge of $25 per guest Guest access Guests will have a private entrance in the front of the home. There is a small front room that is 420 friendly. Street parking is easily accessible, though one off-street parking is available upon request and an extra charge. Other things to note This is an owner-occupied space, and though we have a separate entrance, we can assist with anything you may need. There are two dogs on the premises, both very good dogs, but you may hear them occasionally as they get used to having guests living below us. In addition, our neighbors have dogs that have access to the Airbnb listing windows on one side but cannot get in! We have a white noise sound maker for those who need some soothing sounds to fall asleep. Though we allow pets, we may ask additional questions regarding what breed and size your pet it. Pet fee is $35 a night but may increase based on your pets characteristics. The oven is cabin sized, as well as the bathroom shower! We are happy to help with the oven if necessary. Both of them function just fine but just so you are aware! Only guest listed on reservation can enter the Airbnb. Any additional guest that were not on the reservation will be an extra charge of $25 per guest.
