Tucked up a long driveway back from the road is the perfect private get away. Surrounded by garden and farm land, our home gives you all the benefits of being rural while only being a five minute drive from Havelock North Village. The space Our A-Frame house has exposed beams and large, light filled spaces. Enjoy the terraced garden, pool and large outdoor deck. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, we do ask that they don’t help themselves to the linen cupboard and do not access the neighbouring farm. Clear property boundary’s will be included on arrival. Other things to note We have two dogs - they will not be here during your stay, but please be mindful of this if you have animal allergies. We also have a donkey and a pony that might be gazing in our paddocks during your stay (usually over summer they get moved to another property). They love treats and pats over the fence but please do not go into the paddock. Pickle the donkey is very cheeky and is known to push and kick. You might also hear her bray from time to time. Our house is not the best is you have mobility issues - there are stairs leading up to the house, and down to the pool. The indoor spiral staircase leading to the two upstairs bed rooms is narrow and can be hard to navigate. At the top of the stairs there are a few different levels, where you need to be very careful. The two bedrooms upstairs are separated by the staircase and to walk from one to the other, you have to walk across the top of the staircase - it’s not overly ideal if you have younger children that need to be close during the night. Although children do seem to love climbing up and down the staircase!
