Nederland Mountain Getaway is located just outside of the quaint mountain town of Nederland in a quiet neighborhood. It's open design and deck are perfect for enjoying the forest! Enjoy the local shops, restaurants and breweries or drive just 25 minutes down the scenic canyon to Boulder where you will find countless offerings. If you don't see your desired dates available we might be able to open them upon request, as this is their primary home! Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect the stillness - especially at night as sounds can travel easily in these mountains. We do not allow parties or events. We can host up to 4 adults and a total of 6 people for those with kids. Please do not have more than that number of people on the property, even during the day as the occupancy limits set by the County are strictly enforced. Sam and Jenna have a baby. There is a crib in the upstairs bedroom. They also have a dog who will be away with them. The house is thoroughly cleaned but if you are highly sensitive to dogs you may want to pick a different location. Your stay will be hosted by Reid Barcus.
