The space The house is equipped with 7 spacious and very comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom, (for a group of 10 people we have 3 rooms) - Bedroom 1: King bed and living room - Bedroom 2: double bed and a bunk bed - Bedroom 3: double bed and a bunk bed - Room 4: two bunk beds - Bedroom 5: King Bed - Room 6: double bed and a bunk bed - Room 7: two double beds Guest access The property is located just 10 minutes inland from the lake by boat (the boat shuttle service is at the guest's expense). Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Cristina, who will wait for you to welcome you and facilitate your entry. The spaces are designed to offer them the best experience, therefore the rooms will be enabled according to the number of people in the reservation, guaranteeing comfort and organization during their stay. Other things to note - "In the bridge season, a minimum of TWO NIGHTS is rented" - After 10 people, the additional person is 90,000 per night in low season. - Pets are allowed as long as the guest is aware of their care and attention, taking responsibility for the damages they cause. - Guests are advised to use music at a moderate volume, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
