Sunny apartment Jávea, close to oldtown

This apartment is located on a hill. Very quiet but still close to Jávea old town (1 km) and only 3km from the beach. The space has a living /dining room, a seperate kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Also ofcourse 1 bathroom. Ac in 1 bedroom and in the livingroom. 1 bedroom has no AC, but it is next to the livingroom, which has ac. The balcony has seaview and very sunny. At the moment there is no pool. We prefer to have families or two couples in our apartment. Not 4 singles. No parties VT-487623-A The space The place is very stylish, big enough for 4 persons . Fotos speak for themselves. No smoking and no pets. Guest access Every place of the house is accessible, except 1 cabinet which we use for private things Other things to note Treat the house like you would treat your house. No parties. Quiet area so we preferer families, not 4 singles.
