Welcome to the heart of downtown Eau Gallie Arts District! Featuring a historic house right off Highland Ave. Beachy vibe throughout with modern and comfortable & all essential amenities. Easily walk to many restaurants, shops, brewery, and much more from the property you are right downtown. The Beach is only a 5-10 minute drive over bridge. The space The 1930’s home is the main house and separated very privately with a 6' wood fence from the Guest House (also available to book). It feels like it's own property. The living room features a Smart TV for all your subscription entertainment including a Roku subscription so you can stream your favorite cable TV channels. The home features 2 private bedrooms (queen bed each plus one pull out trundle full bed), full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, living room with a queen and twin air mattress plus bedding, couch and chairs, dining area, laundry washer/dryer, and back deck patio area featuring a propane grill and fire pit. Please use precaution using the gas grill. Make sure the gas is not left on and when cooking it is not left unattended so that there are no fire hazards. We do provide a coffee pot and coffee. **Base rate price includes up to 4 people. Anyone above 4 is an extra $25 per person per night. Please make sure you notify property management the accurate guest count for your reservation. **Pets allowed pre-approved. NO CATS. $40/dog fee required per pet. Please keep crated if left home alone and pickup poop in yard. **Guests responsible for filling grill propane tank at Ace Hardware if they need gas. Guest access Guests can park off Highland Ave or in the driveway. Home is equipped with a digital smart deadbolt you can put the code in and make yourself at home! Please lockup home when not there and when you checkout.
