Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center. The space The room is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. It is a living room with a bed (140 x 200), closet, reading chair, table and chair, wardrobe, luggage rack, shower room and private toilet in the hallway. There is no kitchen, but a small kitchenette with mini fridge. Guest access You cannot cook in the room, but breakfast and cold meals can be prepared well. Linens, towels, shower mat, mini fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and dish towels are of course provided. A car can be parked in the yard.
