Cozy private room in my Victorian home, it’s a nice comfortable place to relax after a busy work day or after a day of adventuring in the city! Located on a quieter street in the SoMa district! A centrally located neighborhood, 10-15 min walk to Moscone Center, Bill Graham Auditorium - MUNI 🚌 & BART 🚆, shared bikes docking stations, Museums, Live Theaters, Restaurants, Brewery, Wine bars, Coffee Shops, Nightclubs 🪩 & Live Music Venues making it the perfect homebase for city exploration. The space Your Room: This beautiful room has a comfy Queen-size bed, cotton sheets, multiple pillows, white noise sound machine, comfortable reading chair, closet with towels, hangers and small dresser, space heater and a fan. There is a desk and chair in the bedroom if you need to do any work from home. Kitchen & Living Room & Backyard: Please feel free to use the lovely, fully equipped kitchen. You are more than welcome to prepare meals! Complimentary coffee, tea, fruit, and breakfast items are provided! Enjoy relaxing and dining in the living room/common area or backyard. Fast Wi-Fi throughout home and backyard. Bathroom: The shared bathroom is a split bathroom, which is a separate room for toilet and a separate room for shower and hand sink. So it rarely seems busy. Toilet is equipped with a bidet and squatty potty. Some toiletries, hair dryer and hair iron are provided Laundry Room - Washer & dryer: Iron & Ironing Board Laundry Detergent provided. • If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear-plugs. The house is old, so the insulation isn't the best. • And even though there will be 2 other guests staying at the house, they will all be highly verified and evaluated by AirBnB registration policies. I have never had any issues with security. Guest access My home is accessible with door codes. Luggage storage is available in the storage space prior to 4pm check-in time and after checkout time. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Feel free to prepare meals and use the fridge. Please keep the kitchen tidy so other guests can use and enjoy it as well. There is a beautiful plant filled living/dining room which gets nice afternoon sun and a patio and backyard. The backyard is shared with the other flats in the building. Patio and backyard access is through the laundry room. Washer and dryer is in laundry room next to kitchen. Other things to note ** STREET PARKING: ** This listing does NOT have private parking as an amenity. Street parking can be difficult in this city. If you really need to drive, There's free street parking on the STREET where the house is located from 10 pm - 8 am. After those hrs, there's free parking available for 1hr limit. Please be aware that there may be or may not be parking on my street. There is metered parking in the surrounding areas. Metered parking is free after 6pm and free on Sundays. There are also a few parking garages nearby for a $15+ flat rate. I also advise you to check the business hrs of the parking garages in the area. The majority is not 24hrs. This applies to ALL PARKING anywhere in the city: Please note that car break-ins are very common all throughout SF and Bay Area. To limit car break-ins please remember to remove all valuables and leave nothing in the car that is visible. I will not be reliable for any damages or anything that happens to your car. ** CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS **: - Please keep in consideration that the listing you booked has a strict cancelation policy. This means that you will get a full refund if you cancel within 48hrs of booking if your check-in day is at least 14 days away. 50% would be refunded to you if you canceled at least 7 days before check-in. There will be no refunds if you cancel within 7 days of check-in. - Regarding dates alterations, please be advised that I will only accept 1 or 2 alterations (depending on the reason) and that I won’t be able to accept an alteration to shortening your stay if it's less than 14 days before your arrival day due to the time it might take to get another guest to book the open day/s.
