Large & cozy 3-room apartment (100 sqm) in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. The space The apartment has a large living and dining area (including fireplace), 2 bedrooms, a spacious country-style kitchen with seating (kitchen-living room), a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub as well as washing machine, a guest toilet and two terraces. Guest access It is a self-contained residential unit with 1 separate entrance. Other things to note Our Resthof also has a riding arena, stable and paddocks as well as beautiful pastures. Guests with horses/ponies are very welcome by arrangement and depending on availability. It is also possible to take riding lessons with your own horse and to take a trip to St. Peter-Ording and ride there in the mudflats. There are several nice excursion destinations nearby, such as - the café & beer garden "Kanal 33" - The Aukrug Nature Park recreational area - the café & restaurant "Am Boxberg" in Aukrug - The Designer Outlet in Neumünster etc. For the sake of sustainability, we ask that you switch on light sources sensibly (e.g., only in the rooms where you are currently present) and switch them off again accordingly (when you leave the rooms). In particular, please do not leave the outdoor lights on all night. Furthermore, we ask that you also consider sustainability with regard to the heating and adjust the temperature via the thermostat if you are away for a longer period of time. Our accommodation offers a wood-burning stove, for which we provide wood and firelighters, and we would be pleased if it were used appropriately. Incidentally, this also creates a nice warmth throughout the entire space. We hereby expressly point out that separate booking conditions apply for the period of the Wacken Open Air festival: Minimum booking duration = 7 nights Price per night = €149.00. If a booking was made before the WOA period was announced and the booking happens to fall within this period, the landlords may make a change request. The person making the booking must then accept this or agree that the booking may otherwise be canceled.
