Cozy cottage peacefully located in Sälen with a private location and perfect for those who want to use the entire Sälen/Trysil ski area. It takes 20 minutes by car to Lindvallens ski resort, 25 minutes to Stöten and 50 minutes to Trysil. Family-friendly cottage of 80 m2 with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, a total of 8 beds. Drying cabinet available. The cottage is located on a hill with a relatively steep slope, 4-wheel drive/studded tires are preferable. Large plot for play with a nice wood-fired sauna. Fiber. The space A total of 8 fixed beds, divided into 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds. There is also a crib (travel bed) for those of you who have a small child with you. One double bed is 180 cm and the other is 140 cm. The kitchen has been newly renovated in recent years and well-equipped with all the utensils needed during a stay. Includes dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo machine (large capsules purchased from Nespresso. Capsules are NOT included), microwave, sandwich grill and other things needed. The living room includes a large sofa and a smart TV where you can log in to your streaming services. TV channels 1-12 and Viasat's offerings can be streamed. In the hall, there is a drying cabinet with heat pump technology. The bathroom has a lovely blue wet room wallpaper and a newer shower. The cottage has toys, games and puzzles. WiFi is available in the form of mobile broadband (about 20mbit/s) throughout the cottage. Cleaning is included in the price. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guest access The cottage is located about 10 km north of Sälen village. If you come from the south, you turn off on a gravel road about 300 meters north of Gudmundsätra farm. The gravel road contains a relatively steep hill at the beginning as the cottage is secluded on a hill with a few houses as neighbors. Plenty of parking right by the cottage. Electric car chargers are available and can be used for a small fee. Contact us for more information. Nearby are cross-country trails and snowmobile trails. Nice forest to hike in and to play in for the smaller family members around the cabin. Not far away are adventure pools, restaurants, high-altitude trails, shops and grocery stores. The easiest way to get around is by car. Other things to note Consumables such as soap, toilet paper, wood for the sauna and dishwasher detergent are your responsibility as a guest.
