The space Comfortable accommodation with Wi-Fi, great location in the city center and yet very quiet with a beautiful view of the gardens of the hills of Beaumettes to which it is attached. At the edge of the Golden Square of Nice, everything is within walking distance: the beach of the Promenade des Anglais in 4 minutes, large park with beautiful view or the pedestrian center 10 minutes away. In front of the building, there is a grocery store, restaurants, buses and city bikes for the bike paths of the Promenade des Anglais. 5 minutes to the direct tram port and airport (Mediterranean University Center or Alsace Lorraine stop) and bus for €2 to visit the coast of Antibes and Cannes in Monaco and Menton (however the train is very fast, the Nice city station is a 17-minute walk). You can find free parking spaces around the building, but more convenient parking nearby (La Palmeira rue Saint Philippe) Guest access Direct tram transport to the airport, port or Place Garibaldi (Centre Universitaire Méditerrannéen or Alsace Lorraine stop). The train station is within walking distance (17 min) or by Bus (Grosso stop) If you come by plane: At the exit of each terminal, take the tram that drops you off directly 350 m from the building: Centre Universitaire Méditerrannéen stop, Rue de France. After getting off the Tram at the Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen station, go up Rue de France to the crossroads with palm trees and turn left onto Boulevard Grosso for 130 m. This same tram drops you off in 3 stops at Place Garibaldi / Old Town. (coming from the house, station on the right at the end of the boulevard or Boulevard Gambetta station Alsace Lorraine). If you come by train: the best thing is to walk from the station (17-minute walk :) otherwise tram A then B or opposite the station bus 87 stop Grosso CUM which is 2 minutes from the building, likewise to go to the station the bus stop is 120 m at the end of Boulevard Grosso, on the sidewalk opposite. By car: coming from Saint Laurent du Var from the highway, take the SNCF train station exit and immediately turn on the 1st right on Boulevard GROSSO, which you go down to the bottom towards the sea. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for a couple alone or with 1 or 2 children or 4 close adults. Sheets and towels are provided. As well as basic cleaning and hygiene products. We do not charge a cleaning fee, most guests know how to return the apartment in a very clean condition. However, if you think you can't comply with this rule, you can choose to pay a cleaning fee.
