This luxurious apartment has open living space, deep wrap-around balconies, and wide open-roof top views, and a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Ride the spacious elevator up to the top floor and enter the apartment which spans the entire top floor of the building. This apartment is spacious, quiet, private, and full of light. Individual AC/Heat for each room is a bonus in the warm/cold months. The space This apartment has a very large main living area and has large windows the full length of the apartment to take in the views from both sides. The beautiful full kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals. We have a Nespresso coffee machine and teapot. Guest access: The washer/dryer is a large size combo. You have private use of this W/D, it is located in the armoire outside your front door in the large entryway. Soap is provided. There is absolutely no smoking in the apartment. # of people staying: This apartment has one bedroom, a queen-size bed, and two rollaway single beds. The apartment is good for 4 people. We have 2 rollaway beds for two more people. There is also a custom-made extra firm, deep and long couch. Registration Details Available with a mobility lease only ("bail mobilité")
