A relaxed beautifully peaceful home and location - a must to visit. A winter promotion - book two nights and pay $200 per night plus fees - Mapua is stunning with calm sunny days over most of winter so come for a wee break and relax. The space A beautiful location on the water looking out to sea. You can book one, two or three bedrooms - THE PRICE QUOTED IS PER ROOM. One large bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a separate toilet, and separate bathroom with large free standing bath and huge shower. Step out the door of your room to the spa pool and sit and watch the sun rise or set . One bedroom has two king singles and a toilet next door - this is only available if you are travelling with others as you will need to share the shower room. Third bedroom has a king bed, another seperate bathroom and another great view - please book via our other listing if you require the whole house. The rate advertised is for ONE ROOM ONLY. Our home is not suitable for children. A generous breakfast is included in the price. Two kayaks are available free of charge. Wireless internet free of charge. Swimming pool , spa pool and sea great for swimming in summer. We have two electric bikes - 0-4 hours $50 per bike and a full day $75 per bike. We welcome you with a glass of wine or beer, and we can sit together on the deck and watch the boats moored in front of our property. Wineries, restaurant , cafés, galleries, beautiful scenery - the area has it all ! Check in from 3pm and check out 10.00am - other times by arrangement. The owners are on site. We are both double vaccinated and as per government guidelines we We are a non smoking property and parties are not allowed as it located in a quiet neighbourhood. Guest access You will be able to enjoy the large TV in the communal lounge and welcome to tea or coffee at any time. There are decks on both sides of the houses to relax and enjoy your holiday. There are NO kitchen facilities for your use. During your stay We love to join you for a wine or beer and will be accessible easily. If booking the whole house we are offsite, otherwise will be onsite for your convenience.
