Riversdale Beachfront Gem, room for everyone

This large four bedroom bach, has everything you need for a perfect family holiday! Would suit large family or even two! Upstairs is an open plan living room and kitchen, with decks opening to both sides. The kitchen is a great size and has a dishwasher! Three bedrooms are upstairs along with a bathroom and separate toilet. The large front deck leads down to the front lawn and a pathway to the beach front. Downstairs there is a very large bunkroom, bathroom, laundry and outdoor shower. The space This beach front bach would suit one or two families. It sleeps 12 people comfortable in four bedrooms and has a bathroom on each floor. The views and location is outstanding! The master bedroom looks directly out to sea and has a queen bed. A second bedroom has another queen bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has a set of bunks. Downstairs there is a bunkroom which sleeps six. There is WIFI but no TV - lots of games to play. The back lawn is a great parking space or a huge playing area. Right across the road is the 9 hole golf course where on Friday night you can order pub type family meals at reasonable prices. The local shop is a five minute walk away. Guest access There is a front and back lawn, with plenty of parking. You also have a fabulous children's play gym and a small flying fox in the backyard! Great area for the kids. Other things to note Your water is collected from rain into the tank, PLEASE CONSERVE it! Short showers thankyou. This bach has a water filtration system so no need to buy bottled water! Very lucky. You are supplied with one blue council bag, so please leave this along with your recycling bin at the gate for Monday ( and Friday in summer) collection thankyou. There is a recycling unit beside the park for more glass etc if you need it. If you need more bags they can be purchased from the shop. Sheets are supplied but please bring your own towels and extra teatowels etc thankyou. p.s. You will arrive to freshly baked sourdough bread, jam made locally and eggs.
