Just 5 minutes from town, local dining, recreational lake with public boat & beach swimming access. 12 miles from Natchez Trace State Park. 10 miles from I-40 exit 108 House with private entrance. *The house has no other residents The house has an office with separate front & side entrances & no shared or accessible space with the Airbnb unit. This office is not included in AirBNB listing/rental. While not likely, the office may be used by host during business hours only. Guests have access to the 1 Bedroom unit with driveway on 22 South & access to the mowed area of yard. The attached private entry office, woods bordering the mowed Airbnb yard are the areas not open to guests. You are not likely to see us during your stay - however If we are just around the corner & can see the lights of the Airbnb through the trees in the fall & winter. We are always reachable by phone, or through AirBNB app. The unit is less than 3 miles from downtown/ court square. Located along the main road into town. In the woods (county - not city limits), with all windows with a wooded view on a 9 acre homestead & still close to town. This is a rural TN town, therefore car is your best option. There is ample parking for up to 4 cars. / or car & truck with boat or trailer / or large moving truck. ONLY USE INSTANT BOOKING if you are booking for & up to 5 registered guests (including children) and no more than 2 service dogs or pet dogs. **If traveling with a dog be it a service animal or pet please read the rules related to animals below. SEND BOOKING INQUIRY to host if you are requesting a booking for more than 5 guests (including children), or traveling with a service animal or pet other than up to 2 dogs. SELF CHECK IN by code - code sent in app the day of your arivial as soon as the unit is ready, you are welcome to check in as soon as you receive the code (even if before the 4pm check in time). - outside lighting from dusk till dawn enables you to arrive and check out when it fits your travel. Place all used linens in the bathtub. 2. Return all unit items to where they belong (kitchen items to kitchen, etc). 3. Wash & put away kitchen items, empty any food items from fridge/freezer. 4. Take out the trash, placing it in the silver outdoor trash can. 5. If you used the key, replace it on the interior doorknob. 6. Message host in the app that you have checked out. 7. Travel Safely, thanks for choosing us for your stay. TRAVELING WITH ANIMALS- we love families & believe pets are a part of the family…. With that in mind we do have a few expectations. 1. Animals must be well cared for, clean, & fully vetted. 2. Animals left in the unit while you are not present may not be closed in any room. (If you are worried about your unattended animal's behavior they must be left in a travel crate.) 3. Animals must be house trained for toileting. 4. Animal waste should be picked up & placed in outdoor trash can after toileting in the yard. 5. If you travel with a shedding animal, please use the dust mop, & broom next to the fridge periodically during your stay. 6. If it is muddy out, please use dark kitchen or bath towels for paws (not the white towels) 7. If traveling with an animal other than a dog you may not use auto booking - please send booking inquiry as your animal may require some special guidelines.
