Large peaceful house in Bangalow, 15 mins walk to town. The space Our house is situated in the heritage town of Bangalow, and is a comfortable and tranquil space to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful hinterland. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, the main with a king bed opening on to the front deck overlooking the hills. There is also a queen room and a single room with a seperate pull out bed (available if requested). A generous, newly renovated family living area includes a comfy lounge, full kitchen with walk in pantry and coffee machine, and an 8 seater dining table. The living area opens onto a large deck, with an outdoor lounge for relaxing and enjoying the back garden. The dining room also opens out onto an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, trampoline and climbing area for children. Relax on the day bed or string up a hammock overlooking the garden. We have a selection of books, games and toys for you to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen is set up with all the essentials you could need, including a gas cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a seperate laundry with a washing machine. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note LINEN: We supply professionally laundered bed linen and bath towels. Kindly confirm how you would like the beds set up prior to your stay. CLEANING: The house must be left the way it was found. Please place all used towels in the laundry on the floor. There is no need to strip the beds (the cleaner will do this). Please ensure that you wash, dry and pack away all dishes. Fees will be charged for any excess cleaning above normal use and will be taken from the bond. DAMAGES/BREAKAGES: Please inform us of any damages or breakages during your stay. Any breakages or damages must be paid for and will be deducted from your bond. Please advise us of any maintenance issues which occur during your stay. WIFI: We have NBN connected and will send you the wifi code. BBQ: There is a Weber BBQ on the back deck which you are welcome to use. The auto ignition doesn’t work but there is an ignition lighter in the kitchen. Gas bottle needs to be turned off between use. Please leave the BBQ clean for the next guests to use. To clean properly please use the wire brush/scraper supplied, clean the grill and hot plate on both sides, wipe down the inside of the lid and wipe/scape down the inside curved bowl. If left dirty we will need to charge a cleaning fee of $50 for additional cleaning time by the cleaner. Many thanks GARBAGE AND RECYCLING: Please empty the kitchen bins before you leave. The garbage bins are on the side of the house to the right of the garage. - RECYCLING: Please place all recycling in the left pull out bin in the kitchen and empty into the yellow bin when you leave. - COMPOST, CARDBOARD AND PAPER - all go in the green bin, which is collected weekly. There is a white compost bin with a lid on the kitchen bench which you are free to use (please use green bags provided). Please empty when you leave. - LANDFILL - Please use the right pullout bin to the left of the kitchen sink for all landfill and empty into red bin on the side of the house before you leave. Please note that the red bin is only collected fortnightly, so please be thoughtful about what you can recycle. ***PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept schoolies or bucks/hens parties.
