The Loft @ Burghfield - Self Contained Annexe

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight. The space The accommodation offers a fully self contained hotel experience and provides you with everything you need for a weekend away including shower gel, facial wash, shampoo & conditioner and fresh milk in the fridge so you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee when you arrive. Via access through a separate entrance door, you will be greeted with a light and airy hallway. Stairs leading up from here will take you to a landing offering access to the annexes own shower room and living area. The shower room provides toilet, sink and shower facilities. Egyptian cotton bath sheets and hand towels are provided. The living area provides a sumptuous king size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton bed linen, two comfortable reading chairs, a fully functioning kitchenette including microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, all the pots and pans you would need, a breakfast bar for dining/working and a walk-in-wardrobe where the iron and ironing board are stored. Next to the bed is an Echo dot providing music and an alarm clock. There is a large 50" flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix and catch up streaming apps as well as access to Wifi. Guest access Guests can park on the driveway - directly in front of the annexes entrance door. There is a 7Kwh EV charger available for guests to use at additional cost based on usage (45p/kwh).
