With 2 separate living spaces, upstairs with inlet views, queen sized bedroom and outdoor deck and downstairs open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room, and another 2 bedrooms it's perfect for families or couples. The large backgarden has undercover dining and bbq. The house is located in a quiet crescent 5 minutes walk to both the inlet beach, pier and shopping village, so you can leave your car parked in the driveway. The space The two seperate living spaces allows for guest privacy. Both spaces a have flat screen televisions and allow for families with children to have their own space. Guest access Teds Beach House is an entire house complete with private garden and off street parking. Guests can access all areas expect for the locked garage. There are two large outdoor seating and entertaining areas along with gas bbq plus two separate living spaces indoors.
