Located next to a beautiful popular reserve. Newly renovated studio guesthouse which includes private bathroom and kitchen facilities. Nearby attractions include The Great Taste Trail, World of Wearable Arts, Broadgreen house, McCashen's Brewery, Monaco and Isel Park. Short Walking distance to Supermarket, local shops and cafes. Very convenient for the airport, and close to the Nelson 1 & 2 Bus Route. 5-10 mins drive/bus to Tahunanui Beach and attractions. We have parking space for one car. The space Queen bed and sofa bed, with dining table and chairs inside, Also an outdoor dining area for your use. A good sized shower room and kitchen with bar fridge, microwave, benchtop oven, double hob, kettle and toaster. Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer All linen included. Portable cot and high-chair available at request. Note: to maintain a good level of space and comfort, we would not recommend the use of both sofabed and cot. Wifi included. Please note: Bookings for one or two guests are based on using the queen bed only. If the sofa bed is required, please book for 3 guests. Guest access You'll get access to the whole apartment and the area directly outside the apartment. Also free to use the garden and trampoline. Other things to note We will on occasion be maintaining the garden, and access to the shed and tools is next to the entrance to the apartment. We also have a friendly dog who uses the garden. Bookings for one or two guests are based on using the queen bed only. If the sofa bed is required, please book for 3 guests.
