It is not intended for entertainment purposes and events with large groups using pool etc. Please return all keys in good condition upon your check out. A charge will be made for replacement of lost keys. * NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! There has been a second water tank installed in July 2024. This means that in the event that Trinidad’s mains water supply is reduced, there is sufficient reserve. What is acceptable to one, may not be acceptable to another, and may be tolerable to yet another, but in order to live as good neighbors in a safe, and pleasant residential community, please respect other residents. Trash and garbage should be placed in sealed plastic bags and disposed of in the bins located in the designated concrete enclosure on site. Please note that these bins are provided for disposal of domestic household garbage. Please respect and be kind to the furniture, linen and appliances. Turn off the air conditioning unit when you leave the apartment . Do not run the air conditioning unit with the doors or windows open. Park in the designated car park space marked #39 which is located outside the apartment. • Be considerate of the neighbours and keep appropriate noise levels.
