This home is in a perfect location just minutes away from campus and downtown, but also private enough to feel like you’re home away from home! Three en suite bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. 2 queen size air mattresses also available. Large backyard with fire pit and yard games. Easy access to interstate within minutes, and only 5 miles to UT campus without having to get on interstate! ~ 10 min to downtown. Minutes from several restaurants, shopping, parks, and greenways!! The space This home is in a perfect location that is just minutes away from campus and downtown, but also private enough to give you the feeling of being home away from home in a safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors!! Perfect for families visiting in town or for responsible groups attending UT events. UT campus is only 5 miles away, and without need to get on the interstate. However, access to interstate is just minutes away if needed. Approximately 10 minutes to downtown. Several restaurants, shopping, parks, and greenways within 1-2 miles. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Two queen size air mattresses are also available. Master suite is located on main floor and has california king bed. The other two suites are located on the second floor and have queen beds. The upstairs rooms are also equipped with their own mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Each room has a flat screen smart tv with apps like Netflix, etc, as well as Xfinity stream for access to live cable tv, high-speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen. Large backyard with fire pit and yard games available. Guest access Guests will access the house by means keyless entry pad. Code is changed frequently, so this will be given to you before your arrival. There is a detached garage with apartment built above, however this is not accessible by guests. Other things to note I do live in the home when Airbnb guests are not present. The two rooms with queen beds have completely empty closet space, however the closet in the master suite is full with my belongings so this will not be available to you and locked off. You will have a large dresser to use for your belongings instead. This is a house located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, so please leave the parties for the bars. There are plenty nearby! Please keep noise inside after 10 pm. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. If any smoking is detected during cleaning, a fee up to $500 for extra cleaning will be charged. Parties are strictly prohibited. There are surveillance cameras that allow us to monitor number of people and noise, and our policy is to have police kick out parties with absolutely no refund from Airbnb. The guests who book must be present during the stay, unless special circumstances have been approved by the host prior to booking. Per house rules, extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking will be charged with an extra guest rate of $25 per guest per night, or could be asked to leave without the possibility of cancellation or refund. The rental party shall consist of primary guest and stated number of guests as indicated on the Airbnb Reservation Details page. Primary guest is responsible for his/her guests. People other than those listed on the Guest(s) party number may not stay overnight on the property. This reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Homeowner Responsibility/Liability: The home is privately owned. Homeowner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or it’s facilities. Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please double check all of your belongings prior to departure. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to the property.
