Duplex 45m2 On the ground floor: 1 bright living room with equipped kitchen (dishes, LV, LL, SL, oven, MO oven, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, condiments starter kit, household products), central island for meals, living area with sofa (convertible 2pers.), coffee table, smart flat screen TV. 1 toilet, multi-jet shower room (hair dryer), bedroom (140x200). On the 1st: Attic master bedroom that has a bed (160x200), wardrobe and dresser containing an umbrella bed. Linen is provided (towels 50x70, sheets, tea towels). A set of condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper). Access: - Gare La Borne Blanche- RER D, on foot in a few minutes to get there - FRANCE-ST DENIS STADIUM: direct to 9 stations - PARIS Gare du Nord en TER (Orry-Coye la Foret) in 18 min. By vehicle: - PARIS-CDG Airport 17 min by A1 - CHANTILLY 10 min away (Musée vivant du Cheval, de la Dentelle, Château de Chantilly, Musée Condé) - Medieval town of SENLIS (12 min) - ASTERIX PARKS at 10 min - DISNEYLAND 50 min away. - SANDY SEA 20 min away. Guest access You can park your vehicle on the street for free (market place nearby). Please note, there are no parking spaces in front of the house. The Nalan Orrygeois is at the heart of the charming village of Orry-la Ville and located in an old farmhouse, all shops nearby (Intermarché supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, primeur, restaurants, cafe, bank, tobacco etc.) are immediately within walking distance. Other things to note Self check-in/check-out using the key box. We ask our guests to be respectful of the place and the neighborhood. For this reason, common sense gestures remain appropriate: -Wash dishes -Tap all linens near the washing machine (for ecological concerns, please only place the used linen) - Empty all sorted garbage cans and place them in the outdoor containers in front of the apartment door (grey lock bin and yellow bin). -No party allowed -No exceeding the number of people indicated at the time of booking, under penalty of immediate eviction. -Animals not allowed -Non-smoking accommodation - No blackout curtains in the living room - No parking space in front of the apartment (park in the streets of the municipality) under penalty of request to remove the vehicle - The toilets are sanitizers (the water level of this type of toilet is normally high and does not constitute a defect of the sanitary) ***ATTENTION***, regarding the amenities in the Wellness area: -The Spa option is to be booked in addition to €99/the first night and €59 for additional nights. Rate on request for any stay longer than 4 nights (provide your towels). - All spa/sauna made in 1 abnormal state of use (spa water level too low (water limit to be respected), food or drink, very dirty water, various objects found in the water, etc.) will be subject to an additional charge of €200 (minimum) for repair. -Any technical inconvenience of facilities due to misuse of guests (current or previous) is not our responsibility and does not constitute a refund request.
