One of the best loved properties by the New Forest

Cross Farmhouse is an established luxurious self catering retreat and an SME Award Winner - Best of British Getaways 2025. The beautiful New Forest National Park and Cranborne Chase AONB are on our doorstep. The Farmhouse is set in its own secure and quiet private grounds of landscaped gardens. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules. The space The Farmhouse can comfortably accommodate eight guests and has four luxury en-suite bathrooms (one downstairs) plus a communal downstairs cloakroom. The house is very cosy with underfloor heating throughout, a steam electric fire place in the lounge, and heated towel rails in all en-suites and the cloakroom. The lounge has a 65 inch smart TV and Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The house is equipped with many green features, including solar panels, sedum green roof to flat roof areas and an electric vehicle charger in the car port (free for guests use). The gardens have been beautifully landscaped and offer total seclusion. There is a large terrace with a gas fired Weber BBQ and outdoor seating. This property won't disappoint. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house and grounds, from the secure gated entrance drive, which leads to the carport; spaces for up to three cars and an additional parking bay beyond. There is also a parking bay to the front of the property. There are private and secure gardens to both the front and rear of the property, with outdoor seating and BBQ area. There is a paved sloping path leading up to the extra wide back door, to allow easy access for those needing to enter with a wheelchair and the paved outdoor area is all on one level to also facilitate ease of movement. We allow guests to check-in from mid-day and depart at anytime up until Noon on their final day. Later check-outs may be possible upon request and subject to availablity. Other things to note The very private gardens are completely secure once the lockable gates are closed to the entrance drive allowing children and pets to roam freely. Some light refreshments will be available for your enjoyment upon arrival. Appropriate decorations, including a real Christmas tree, will be provided during the festive December and New Year periods to add comfort and credence to your stay.
