At "Les Ours de Combloux," wake up to views of Mont Blanc and enjoy absolute tranquility in this cozy chalet nestled in nature. With a sauna, pellet stove, and modern amenities (fiber optic internet, EV charging), everything is designed for a truly relaxing stay. The chalet is easily accessible and has everything you need for a comfortable and independent holiday. We are available to assist you before and during your stay if needed. The space Recent chalet (December 2019), capacity 6 travelers, classified 4 stars in the furnished tourist category. The ground floor consists of a kitchen open to a living-dining room (with pellet stove), a master bedroom (1 double bed 180x200, 1 TV, 1 bathroom), a toilet, a ski room (shoe/glove dryer) and a sauna. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds 90x200 (which can be combined to form a double bed 180x200) & 1 TV, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Terrace facing Mont-Blanc (garden furniture, sun loungers, charcoal barbecue). Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as the private outdoor garden and parking. Please note, in winter, from November 1 to March 31, it is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have snow chains or socks. Other things to note Beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Animals are accepted (2 maximum) for a supplement of €50/animal/week. Bathroom linen is not provided. You can bring your own or we can provide it to you on request (10€/person). Pellets for the pellet stove are not included in the rental price. You can bring your own pellets or we can provide them to you on request (10€ per 15 kg bag). An EV charging station is available (electricity consumption will be billed according to actual usage). A deposit of €500 will be requested upon your arrival (check or bank transfer).
