The apartment is located in a well maintained, renovated Art Nouveau building on the canal in a quiet side street, yet just around the corner of the momentary hotspot Wrangelkiez/ Görlitzer Park with colorful street cafés, bars and shops, the bathing ship and many clubs, such as Berghain, Musik und Frieden, Urban Spree, Festsaal Kreuzberg, Arena, Birgit und Bier, Ipse, Watergate, Astra, Gretchen, Prince Charles and many more. But also parks such as Treptow or Görlitzer Park are just around the corner. You have good metro and tram connections from the apartment. The apartment is located in the green and quiet backyard of the house. In the living and bedroom area is a comfortable 160 cm wide sofa bed, a writing desk, a chair, several wicker armchairs and shelves. The small kitchen is separated by a door from the living room. It is equipped among others with a refrigerator, a stove (no oven) and a sink. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a bathtub that can simultaneously be used as a shower. The beautiful, large balcony with a great view in the green backyard is quiet and great to have breakfats or just kick back and relax. Here are two wicker chairs and a table.
