Strategic location thanks to the Italy-Slovenia highway connection, also convenient for those arriving from Ronchi dei Legionari airport. Easily accessible by car, it is located 5 minutes from the Slovenian border, 10 minutes from the center of Trieste, and 10 minutes from the Cattinara Hospital. The space A quiet and charming place surrounded by greenery, located on the AQUILINIA-ZAULE promontory, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and hills. Guest access The outdoor area includes FREE PARKING and a small garden where we like to grow our vegetables. Inside, going up the stairwell, you will reach the first floor where you will have, in addition to a double bedroom and a private bathroom, the living room with an adjoining kitchen where you can have breakfast or spend time sipping a good coffee. During your stay To welcome and manage the Bed and Breakfast, it is me, Ester, with the help of my son Pier. Having always lived here, we know the area very well and we really like, if possible, to advise and explain to guests the various possibilities that the area offers in the various seasons. Other things to note FOR ALL NATURE AND SPORTS LOVERS For cyclists, we are very close to the famous "LA PARENZANA" cycle path which, from Rio Ospo, crosses the Rabuiese pass to continue to the city of Parenzo in Croatia. There are also plenty of MTB trails to discover nearby! For those who love WALKS up to the real CLIMBS a short distance away you can reach the VAL ROSANDRA NATURE RESERVE, a magnificent place of unique beauty that is worth visiting at all times of the year.
