This accommodation (60 square meters) is the annex of my house, situated in the heart of the historic center, near the Cathedral, the Jewish Ghetto and other places of historical and artistic interest. Also nearby are typical restaurants and nightclubs. You will like it for its location and for its warm atmosphere building of the seventeenth century, completely renovated. We provide a welcome kit. The accommodation is suitable for couples and families. It has a separate entrance. Street parking. The space The apartment, from the XVII century, consists of a main room of 30 square meters topped by a beautiful star vault that rests on four major pillars. In this room there is an old large fireplace which is accompanied by a deep water well deep spring about 16 m excavated by hand into the rock. It was the ancient kitchen of the house! Now this environment is used as an entrance - living room and is furnished with some furniture and objects that belonged to my family. In the same room there is now a comfortable sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two people and a TV 32 ". The table can be extended to seat quietly 6 people. There are also a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee and tea; bathroom with shower and bidet, and up the stairs, the bright bedroom. Guest access The accommodation is independent and fully available to guests in all its rooms! The bedroom, located upstairs, is reached by a steep staircase, not suitable for very young children. There are no doors separating the main room on the ground floor of the bedroom. Because of our work, we are not able to offer the service of breakfast, but we provide our guests the pantry, preserves, wine cellar, and all that is present in the apartment. Our guests will be able to use the coffee machine and the waffles, the kettle to prepare teas and infusions and a microwave to heat the milk. Other things to note We provide us with cleaning the entrance and exit of each guest, as well as the changing of linens and sheets. They may be ordered for a fee, daily or weekly cleaning, rather than a larger number of changes.
