You will have a bakery a 4-minute walk away, a convenience store open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm without interruption, a hairdresser, a bar and tobacconist; and a 12-minute drive away, you are in Laval with all the amenities expected of a big city. There are 4 bedrooms: Terracotta Room: 2 beds of 140 cm Beige bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm. Black and white bedroom: 1 double bed 140 cm. Gold bedroom: 1 double bed 160 cm. + We have 4 90 cm beds to arrange according to your choice. The veranda also has a sofa bed (140 cm). But it's a cool room in the winter. Ideal for the spring/summer season. Bed linen can be provided for €10 per bed We do not provide towels. One bathroom upstairs (shower + bathtub) and one shower room on the ground floor. Toilets upstairs and on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pellet stove on the veranda. Cozy atmosphere guaranteed in the living rooms. You will also be 1 hour from Rennes/Angers and 45 minutes from Le Mans. In 1 hour and 45 minutes, you will arrive in Saint-Malo. Very close to the Grottes de Saulges, Echologia de Louverné, the cultural and historical city of Laval, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Special note: We are very attentive to the well-being of our neighborhood; therefore, we prohibit outdoor music beyond the legal hours. However, you have a soundproofed room below the house for your evenings.
