There are 4 bedrooms: Terracota room: 2 beds measuring 140 cm Beige bedroom: 1 double bed of 160 cm. Black and White Room: 1 double bed 140 cm. Gold Room: 1 double bed 160 cm. + We have 4 beds of 90 cm to arrange according to your choice. + a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) is located in the large living room. The veranda also consists of a convertible sofa bed (140 cm). But it's cold in the winter. Ideal spring/summer season. Bed linen can be provided for €10 per bed We don't provide towels. One bathroom upstairs (shower + Bathtub) and one shower room on the ground floor. Toilets upstairs and on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything you need. Pellet stove on the veranda. Cocooning atmosphere guaranteed in the living rooms. In summer, a summer kitchen on the large terrace with barbecue and plancha, refrigerator and worktop in the shelter. The cottage is located 10 minutes from the Paris/Rennes highway. Vaiges exit. You will also be 1 hour from Rennes/Angers; 45 minutes from Le Mans. In 1 hour 45 minutes, you arrive in Saint Malo. Close to the Saulges Caves, Echologia de Louverné, the cultural and historic city of Laval, the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Special attention: We are very vigilant about the well-being of our neighborhood; we therefore prohibit outdoor music beyond legal hours. However, you have a soundproof room below the house for your evenings.
