All bedrooms lead out onto the spacious balcony. A dip in the 12m x 6m private heated swimming pool is a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day and there is ample space to relax with sun loungers and outside shower. There's plenty of space to park and the whole property is fenced, with electric gates for security. Air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter makes it comfortable all year round. A BBQ, table tennis table and calcetto (table football) are at your disposal. Guest access Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick various fruits from the large garden and have use of a BBQ in the garden. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided.
