Set on the beautiful coast of the island of Korcula, Vela apartment epitomizes the perfect Croatian holidays. Modern and newly built apartment is situated in a beautiful location in the bay Karbuni. Quiet area of the south side of the island. This larger than normal apartment, offers a 65m2 of indoor space and generous 20m2 terrace with a great sea view. Apartment is licensed for max 4 adults and one child. We can provide extra bed for a child up to 15 years old, on a request. The space We are offering a spacious apartment accommodation with a shared swimming pool, located in a beautiful Karbuni bay on Korcula island. The island of Korcula is one of the greenest and most beautiful islands on the Adriatic Sea. With abundant vineyards and olive groves, pine forests, unspoiled beaches, crystal clear waters and hidden islands untouched by time, Korcula island is a true Mediterranean paradise. Thought to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, Korcula is an unspoiled historic gem. From the 13th Century onward, different states tussled over the island, leaving a unique mix of renaissance, baroque and Venetian architecture. You will find here villages isolated of the time, places where you can breathe peace, green fields and small houses surrounded by nature. Karbuni bay is a very quiet and peaceful bay, with a few tourists, no bars, no restaurants or night clubs. All of these facilities (restaurants, shops etc.) are available in Vela Luka and Blato, just a 10 minute-drive. Only 30 meters from unspoiled Adriatic Sea our accommodation offers a breathtaking view, privacy and tranquility. We have a jetty, which is two minutes walk below our house, where you can enjoy swimming from sunrise to sunset. Short (40min) boat trip from Vela Luka will take you to island of Proizd, a little island with a beach chosen as the most beautiful Adriatic beach in 2007. Enjoy a day trip from our house to town of Korcula and explore a typical medieval Dalmatian town. The house is divided into 4 spacious apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large terrace (20-25 square meters), sea view from each room/bedroom, dedicated parking. On the terrace there is a table and seating for four people. From terrace you will have a view across the bay towards numerous small islands scattered across the sea. There you'll be able to enjoy glorious mornings, spectacular sunsets and diamond scattered night sky. This is an ideal place to relax on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family. Open plan kitchen offers you self-catering for easy living. The apartment has two bedrooms. One room has two single beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) with access to a small balcony. The second bedroom with double bed (160 cm, length 200) and terrace. Modern bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. Modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric kettle), air conditioner, internet access and satellite TV brings you the comfort of home, far away from your every everyday worries. Our apartments have all the appropriate facilities and comfort to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable. Open plan kitchen offers you self-catering for easy living. The apartments are well positioned for exploring the nature and history of our beautiful island. Swimming, walking, scuba diving, cycling, dining and boat terminals for day trips to local tourist destination are all up to 15 minute drive away. Our house is a non-smoking property.
