Charming refurbished two-room apartment 50 m from the sea

The apartment is located on the second floor of a pretty 1900s residence, 50 m from the beach and in the heart of shops and cafes. You will appreciate it for its location, design, comfort, amenities, and brightness. It is perfect for couples or families with children. Indicative arrival/departure times are 5pm/12pm, but I'll do my best to accommodate your wishes. The space The apartment is ideally located: in the heart of the city and almost on the water! It is arranged as follows: entrance with large built-in closet, bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet, washer-dryer, living room with open kitchen, double sofa bed, dining area, bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, and an extra mattress in the mezzanine. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except the top of the closet in the entrance, where we keep some personal belongings. Other things to note Linens are provided (pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, bath towels). You can help yourself to the items in the entrance cupboard, taking only what you need. At the end of your stay, please remove the sheets, pillowcases, covers (but not the mattress protectors or fitted sheets) and place them in the bathroom.
