Le Boucheron is a master house from 1512 and 1850, elegantly renovated over 4 years by Jane. It is located in the middle of the family farm run by Nicolas. Jane and Nicolas will be happy to show you around the farm where they raise sheep and to direct you to the many activities to do in the area - hiking, canoeing, visiting Limoges and its porcelain, museums, lakes, zoo, tree climbing, castles and other historical sites. Second cottage on site The space The house has 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a separate toilet, 1 large kitchen-dining room of 40 m2, a large living room of 40 m2 with a pool table convertible into a table and ping-pong table, a small TV lounge of 18 m2 with a sofa. The house has a large wooded garden, a secure 9.5 m x 4 m pool, and parking for 4 cars (more parking available on site if needed). In front of the house there are 2 large tables with 16 chairs, and a large charcoal barbecue. Inside the house you will find many indoor and outdoor games (pétanque, Finnish bowling, poker, wooden game). In the kitchen there are 2 large blackboards and chalk to play, draw, write. 10 minutes by car there is the small town of Aixe-sur-Vienne where you will find 4 large supermarkets, bakeries, post office, hairdressers, etc. Limoges Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
