Located between La Petite Pierre and Wingen sur moder, this natural and authentic place will satisfy all your desires for walks and hikes. A 22-acre pond is also available on site, for fishing or swimming. Electricity is produced by solar panels and a generator. The space Large house, 3 floors with a large terrace of 40 square meters equipped with a large table and 12 chairs. 2 master suites with bathroom with a bedroom with bunk bed on the ground floor. Kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, gas oven and stove, coffee machine, fridge. Open kitchen to living and dining room, fireplace and wood stove. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor: one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. Optimal accommodation for a group of 8 adults and 4 children maximum. (a bunk bed and a sofa bed). Barbecue hut as well as a pizza oven and tarts flambées. Eco-friendly house: Wood and gas heating. Electricity is provided by a generator and solar panels. Other things to note In winter or in cloudy weather: the solar panels do not produce enough current, we provide a diesel generator. You can turn on the generator for up to 3 hours in a row so that the batteries are fully recharged (there is no need to turn on the generator for longer). if the electricity comes from the batteries (generator off) it is preferable to manage the electricity consumption in an economical way (avoid the consumption of significant water such as the dishwasher or several showers/baths). This property is a perfect place for all nature lovers. No neighboring dwellings, apart from those of animals! That's why it's advisable not to leave your food unattended or outside a closed place, as it attracts animals of all kinds, including rodents. NOT SUITABLE FOR DEVICES REQUIRING PERMANENT ELECTRICITY (respiratory type). Bed linen is provided, but bath towels are not.
