82 m2 cottage and 52 m2 terrace. Comfortable, close to Périgueux. Charming and quiet, a stone's throw from shops. You can explore the Dordogne and discover its treasures as well as those of the neighboring departments (Saint-Emilion, Rocamadour...) and enjoy your evenings in peace. The space Composed of a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, rotating heat oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue. It has 2 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 bed and one with a 140 x 190 bed. Free parking is available. You are 5 minutes from local shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist-grocery store, restaurants, supermarket and shopping center). We provide you with duvets, sheets, towels, tea towels, as well as a starter kit of essential products (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid...) to help you settle in. The beds are made on arrival. Possibility of a cleaning fee of €40. Guest access The swimming pool is next to the 3 cottages. You have access to the castle park where the tennis court and ping pong table are located, 600 m from the vacation rental by a private path.
