Beautiful, Georgian, characterful cottage in stunning location, full of charm with fabulous views. Some sat Retro feel! Newly upgraded. Well appointed. Plenty of space, walks, tennis court, lake (& rowing boat). Great situation to explore the surrounding area, Munster and the south of Ireland. 30 mins to Limerick City, 1 hr to Cork City. Lots to enjoy both on doorstep and further afield. We will be happy to help you. Cliffs, caves, castles and much more within easy reach! The space Charming, comfortableGeorgian guest house near the main house but totally separate and independent. Located in fabulous parkland on a thoroughbred horse stud farm. Great views, walks, use of tennis court. Picnic/BBQ area by the little waterfall. Plenty to enjoy. Guest access Tennis court ( we can provide balls & raquets) , walks through woodland and parkland and round the lake. We have a picnic area beside the little waterfall. Lots to do in the local area and a great choice of things to do and see on day or half day trips. Other things to note We do have friendly dogs, chickens, ducks and guinea fowl nearby (all well behaved!). The proximity to the lake means young independent children are not encouraged. We can provide a cot and most baby items if required. We insist that children are supervised at all times and we cannot be responsible for them. It is a working farm so we ask you to respect our farm rules. The house is removed from all the noisy aspects though, with the exception of the lawnmower!
