This small "Bullerbygård" with two residential buildings (13 beds) is located 20 km south of Linköping among horses and sheep pastures in the Östergötland oak landscape. The private tennis court is paved and directly adjacent to the residential buildings. Swimming and fishing are 15 minutes' walk away. This wonderful little farm is rented during the summer and the rest of the year. Welcome! The space This small farm with two residential buildings, a small stable and a tennis court can be found a little over a kilometer from Brokindsleden into the forests and agricultural landscape. The 6 hectares of land consist of grazing meadows and an oak landscape that the area is known for. Here you get an exclusive seclusion with only one neighbor at a discreet distance and is suitable for those who want to experience the undisturbed nature and enjoy its beautiful song and scents. If you like animals, nature, mushroom picking, fishing, tennis, golf, sun and swimming and peace and quiet, this is a wonderful place to stay. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces except for a smaller storage room in the main building. Other things to note This small farm is great for games, sports, fishing and beautiful forest walks, but it is also the right place for those who seek the meditative calm of restful silence. Here, the soul really gets peace and for those who stop and take in the trees' rustle and the birds' eternal chatter, you really become one with nature. A hundred meters from the residential houses, adjacent to one of the sheep/horse pastures, is a wildlife pond. The pond is visited not only by our wild animals in the forest but also annually by a variety of migratory birds, including Cranes. During the summer, the pastures around the property will be visited by horses and sheep. Entering the pastures is therefore done entirely at your own risk and the safety principle of "see but do not touch" applies when interacting with the animals.
