The space The property has a large kitchen, excellent for those who like to prepare tasty food while socializing with family and friends. The square in front allows children to play safely and freely, just across the street, and in sight of those in the house. The square is great for skateboarding, rollerblading, cycling, and playing soccer, basketball, and footvolley. Around the property there are restaurants for those who want to enjoy themselves without spending time getting around the city. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding yard, and can enjoy its fruit trees or even take a shower from the hose or enjoy the shade to relax. Other things to note To keep rates low, we chose to charge for water and energy consumption separately. At the entrance and exit of the guests, the energy meter and the water meter are read, and the amount consumed is charged at the end of the stay. Thus, each guest pays only for what they have actually consumed.
