Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car. The space The annexe is all on the ground floor, attached to our house, but entirely self contained. The house & annexe underwent an extensive refurbishment 4 years ago & has a contemporary but rural feel to it. There is a good size double sofabed in the sitting room which would easily sleep two children or one adult but please note the en-suite shower & toilet to the main bedroom would have to be shared. Also please note the kitchen has a microwave & two single portable induction hobs but no oven. There is an Air fryer available on request. Fridge with freezer box. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer & iron on request. Guest access The annexe is self contained & entirely for the use of our guests.
